“The facilities were very clean. Of course it was the first day after opening and I was the 2nd customer ever. The staff was extremely pleasant as well. By problem was the AC didn’t work very well. Seems like they haven’t worked out some issues there yet. And another small gripe. The bathroom door design is poor. It’s a big sliding door with no lock. Hard to keep a 2 year old from opening it while others are showering or using the restroom.”

“Very clean and well maintained. The TV was about 32 inches which isnt a big deal but its nice to watch TV in your room at night. The "beach towels" are tiny so take your own. Continental breakfast is "chilled food" so toast cereal yogurt. Kids in the adult pool most of the time. But overall for the price it was worth it.”

“We enjoyed our stay from check-in to check-out. The resort was clean, the staff was friendly, and there was plenty for our family to do. The indoor and outdoor pools were a big hit with the kids, and the location made it easy to enjoy Cedar Point while still having a relaxing place to come back to. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other families visiting the area.”

“We came here for a quick family getaway. Spent 2 nights and will never stay at this property again. Rooms were extremely small. Only 1 option for a king bed. No tissues, no conditioner for hair, no outdoor pool, half of the indoor waterpark activities were closed. No real option for food. Very disappointing and not how it looks online!”

“We received a call asking what time we were coming as they wanted to make sure someone was there when we checked it. When the sign said someone would be there until 9:30. When we arrived we had to call and then the guy walked us to the room. He said he just shampooed the floor which was confusing as to why. When you walked in you were instantly hit with the smell of weed. We thought it would go away but by day 2 it was still there, and only in one spot right when you walked in. We didn’t want……

“We stumbled upon Sandusky headed to Maryland from Colorado. The town is so wonderful. We were able to score a last min room for 67 bucks. The owner was the main receptionist and we had a very lovely conversation with him. Super friendly and attentive, he definitely knows customer service . We will be back”
